Yearly Evaluations
Each year is an opportunity for growth and development. I use a combination of student evaluations, peer feedback, yearly self evaluations with chair input, and class reflections to continuously evolve and develop my teaching skills and become the best educator I can be.
Chair Feedback
I have received feedback from the Theatre Department Chair each year I have been at Point Park University. The following quotes are a sampling of the comments in response to my self evaluations:
“In the area of teaching, you have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of students and the department. Your innovation, collaboration and flexibility in modifying the delivery methods of your courses for remote and hyflex learning during your first two years of teaching is impressive.”
