My approach to education, lesson plans and structure, focus on meeting all learning styles and needs, and how this has influenced my teaching at Point Park University.

Each year is an opportunity for growth and development. I use a combination of student evaluations, peer feedback, yearly self evaluations with chair input, and class reflections to continuously evolve and develop my teaching skills and become the best educator I can be.

My belief that diversity is an essential part of education, and how I actively incorporate diversity into my lesson plans, teaching practices, and scholarship work.
